SITT Logistics — Terms & Conditions Summary

Liability: SITT Logistics acts as a clearing agent on behalf of the client. Clients remain responsible for the accuracy of all information supplied for customs declarations. SITT Logistics shall not be held liable for penalties arising from incorrect client-supplied information.

Payments: Invoices are payable within the agreed credit terms. Interest may be charged on overdue amounts at the prevailing prime lending rate. SITT Logistics reserves the right to withhold services on accounts in arrears.

Customs Penalties: The client remains solely liable for any customs penalties, fines, or duties arising from incorrect, incomplete, or fraudulent declarations submitted on client instructions.

Document Accuracy: It is the client's responsibility to ensure all supplied documents (invoices, packing lists, permits) are accurate and comply with applicable import/export regulations.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
